Big Rock RV Park Reviews
Great little spot! The gentlemen who runs it is wonderful. The middle aisle of parking spots is nice and shaded which is a luxury in the Texas sun. If I wasn’t passing through I could stay there for a while just to relax. It’s clean too with a nice bit of shaded green grass in the middle. Not the best for very large rigs but it can be done. If you have something as large as a triple axle toy hauler you might have to back in from the street as the pull through in the back is narrow and tight. But it’s a quiet side street and the entrances are wide and open, not far to back in.
Jun 28, 2025 · Seth TaylorWe travel for work so we only got to stay here for 1 week.. but I really wish we could've stayed here longer!! Such a nice campground with SHADE which is so hard to find around here. Very nice washers and dryer, really pretty little place. By far the best place we have found anywhere from San Angelo to Big Spring. But the best part of all is the owner!! He's SO NICE and such a joy to deal with. If you're working on the wind farm or oil fields in the area and are looking for a place to stay.. this is the one!
Aug 28, 2021 · Olivia BradshawWe only stayed one night, but Alvaro is the nicest, most hospitable host we have met. We drove from Alaska to central Texas and have stayed in a lot of RV parks along the way. Highly recommend this RV park. No bath house, but laundry facilities and full hook ups. Quiet RVs not too close to each other. Would definitely stay here again.
Nov 15, 2021 · Crystal IgnacioBig Rock is one of the nicest small well maintained RV parks we have stayed in so far. Almost all the RV spots are under the shade of beautiful trees and are relatively private and peaceful. Not a lot of perks, but who needs a bathhouse when you have full hookups! Big Rock is highly recommended, and the owner is always available, accommodating, and ready to assist you. We definitely will return.
Sep 05, 2019 · Maria VelasquezBest RV park in town. Shaded spots. Grassy areas for kids/pets. Clean laundry area. Owner/manager very nice and attentive. Wifi and cable included. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.
