Bethy Creek Resort & RV Park Reviews
We spent the weekend at Bethy Creek for a Jet Ski ride, this is our third time staying there. I accidentally left my rings and they called to let me know, they were so kind to mail them back to me and even included some nice little goodies. I highly recommend a stay with them.
May 03, 2025 · Rebecca pachecoDo not go bank fishing there.me and my son went yesterday and they charged us $7.00 a piece. We was allowed only to fish a spot which was 50 yards wide where the boat ramp was a some docks.i caught one turtle and no fish.It sucked.turtles everywhere in the water right out in front of us.We ask if we could go down a ways to fish this other flat beach part.told us no.Folks it sucks
Apr 13, 2025 · Randall BroadusWe had our family reunion here and all seemed to realky like location. I got a room and an RV site. The room is spacious and was clean. We rented the kitchen for one day. It was nice to have. We had around 40 people. We did have trouble with breakers tripping while frying fish. All plugs on same breaker. They brought us an extension cord and that fixed that.Really good time. We may have it there again next year.
Oct 21, 2024 · George HarrisWe had a very quiet weekend RV stay. RV sites were clean and well maintained. I didn't personally fish but our neighbors caught plenty of fish. We were in a premium site which backed up to the lake. Staff was polite and helpful. Definitely will stay again.
Nov 04, 2024 · K KVery unpleasant experience. I've stayed at their hotel in the past and have rented kayaks from them before, but today while on a walk I sat down at a picnic table for 5 minutes, and a female staff member approached me and aggressively demanded, "can I help you!" (it was not phrased as a question, but as an accusation). She commanded me to check in at the front desk, and warned that the staff would be waiting for me there. Her tone was dreadfully rude and mildly threatening. It was such an unpleasant experience I decided to immediately pick up my book and go elsewhere, but as I was walking out, another staff approached me in a golf cart, asked me some questions, and monitored me until I left. On a gut level, something about their demeanors felt strange and disproportionate; it gave me the creeps.I could understand if they would like people to check in, but this was seriously not the way to do it. They could have treated me kindly, like a human, giving me the benefit of the doubt, not following me around like a shoplifter, sending me to the figurative principal's office.Rest assured, I will never be back here to stay at their hotel, rent a boat, or god forbid, read a book.
