I have relatives who live in this mobile park and I have to say it is a really nice, well-kept one. You can tell that everyone who lives here pretty much takes pride in their home and they also fix the roads ,there were a few potholes. This community is only about half a mile from the 71 exit which would make it very convenient for commuters to Columbus or Mansfield. The majority of the trailers are newer and just single wide. They also have a covered bus stop area for the kids which is really nice. This place would get a five if they had some kind of Park area. I don't know that they do have one but they also have a larger parking area for owners to put their boats and RVs so I can actually say 4 and a half. Just a quarter mile down the road is a new Pharmacy. There is a nice dental office, you've got 2 gas stations or 3 if you count the one on the other side of the interstate exchange. Also a Taco Bell that's not too wonderful. Definitely worth a look-see for a small family of four.
