Rude and arrogant management Isabella is her name. Worst park I had ever stayed at. I was charged $930 11/03/23 moving in. $730 for the monthly spot and $200 for the Electric deposit. When I moved out 11/30/23. I got billed for $97.24 for electric when i made the call and explained that my electricity was payed for in advance she got mad and hung up on me.I also lost $300 dollars on a package the got delivered by USPSAlso if they decide to work on a water line u would NOT get a notice at all. Me working nights i woke up to no water luckily i had two bars left on my fresh tank or otherwise i would've been out of luck.I would never go back to this park. Im saving you a headache.I was in spot #17 nasty sand all in your rig and ruts everywhere. The dirt Road on the park is full of holes You would need to replace your struts or your front end.

Sep 12, 2023 · Carlton LindseyWhat a jewel of a find! quiet, clean and well managed. So close to Austin, and downtown Bastrop too! H.E.B. right up th road, and two laundry rooms on site :). Surrounded by green areas and a pond, and high end homes a mile away. Stayed for 3 months while visiting family, and plan to return.
May 28, 2023 · Wri TerWhat a great little park! It is minutes from everything important in Bastrop, yet still manages to feel pastoral and isolated in the way you want a park to feel isolated. The owner/manager is a very wonderful lady who seems to really care for her guests. I highly recommend this park if there is a spot available to you!
Feb 23, 2021 · Mark ProegerThis is the perfect little rv park! Close enough to anything you might need, either in nearby Bastrop or 20 minutes away to Austin. But far enough that you are out of the hub-bub of town. There are laundry, wif-fi and mailboxes available. This park is clean, well kept and pretty quiet. The owner, Isabella, is very kind and responsive to requests. She also has great knowledge about the local area and places to go, things to do! If we are ever back down in Texas, we would be sure to stay at Bellamont!
