Bedrock Mount Carmel Ridge Reviews
Very well maintained nice place to live at 55 plus community
Jul 02, 2025 · M.C BarrSince Bedrock acquired this property lot rent has increased $250 in two years. Lawns get overgrown weeds are knee deep at times. Landscaping is hit or miss. Only provide Part time management and maintenance. Water is off with boil water notice 5-6 days at a time. No back up generator for the private well water system and sewer plant maintenance. Previous owners were 💯 better even with their short comings.
Oct 13, 2024 · Shelba ReynoldsAbsent management. Trash isn't picked up. Lawn isn't mowed. It's been months since trimming around the homes was done. Water is always going out, but rent went up 13% this year. Don't buy a home here!
Oct 28, 2024 · Stephen del MarThe reason I am giving this review and giving them a one star is because I have tried for three weeks now to speak to someone regarding the community and the rent one the homes. I see where people who live in the community have given wonderful reviews, but they are all old accept for a few. They refuse to call me back. I am not going to fill out an application and pay 50.00 that I do not get back and have questions needing answered first. They distinctly say to call for answers. I get nothing but the receptionist who can not answer my questions or the answering service no matter what time of the day I call. Why would I want to live where I am not being taken seriously as a future resident. Just saying!🙄😠
Apr 18, 2024 · Janine Smiley RollisonActually it's a nice, quiet place. I love my neighbors immensely. I was not very impressed with the previous owners. She was very rude, inconsiderate & did nothing to make this park inviting. Never a hello or any type of recognition, even when I greeted them. She would drive around the park, looking for things to nit pick the residents about. The only time she would speak was to confront something that didn't suit her. I always felt like every move I made was being charted. I'm glad they are gone. New owners took over on the first, I pray they are more receptive to the residents & treat us like humans, not prisoners!
