This place is quiet and not in a bad area and close to shopping and the 22 freeway. The manager is doing his best to fix up the place since the previous manager didn't fix anything and if he did nothing was up to code. The flooding and rent increase mentioned in comments up above doesn't make any sense. The Manager doesn't make rent increases, the OWNERS do and the water draining system was put in way before he got here so think about what you're complaining about before saying it. It takes money and time to fix everything.

Overall, it's pretty tranquil and peaceful.That being said, dealing with the community manager Don, is a complete nightmare. He's a prompous, nosey, rude, and to top things off a bigot. Absolute worst person you can ever encounter in that property. He made living there a living hell. I lived there for 10 years and he made my family and my live impossible. From the minute we tried to lease the space to finally getting the hell out of there. Our realtor was shocked as to how difficult he was to work with. So blessed and grateful my family and I were able to buy a house and get out of that place. Good luck to the people that live there.
