I lived here 8 yrs. flooding yards, leaking water lines and pot holes are a way of life. We live in a swamp! Things have only got worse. Things they promised to get done, well they didnt happen. They finally fired the park manager and management company. We lived in a prison here. It was bad. We are all praying for better here! Plus they keep raising the rent!!

Not to mention the extremely high lot rent, but all this being said was for the previous owners, it just got bought by new people and so far they have been cleaning it up very well (so far) and they fixed the roads (and we all appreciate it greatly) they seem to be doing good

Jen has gone above and beyond in her short time here and I can't wait to see the great things she and blank enterprises do for this community!!!

Also you can’t have anything and I mean anything in your yard. The place is great if you don’t mind rules changing everything other day.

She gives special treatment to her friends and allows them to do certain things while evicting and fining others for the same thing. Can’t get ahold of owners about it either. Unfortunately it is nepotism at its finest
