Aurora Gardens RV Park & Tiny Homes Reviews
If I could give this park a zero I would. I lived there for 5 years and lamp light took over in December and the park went downhill . I had a water leak that I was told there was no leak that they would just watch and refused to fix for a month and in return turn caution damage to my tiny home. The water leak was on their main line. I was totally disrespected in my yard and told I need to stay in my yard and in my house and not to speak to my neighbors. I was told that I was going to be charged for the leak $2700 and I don’t like it I can move so after dealing with sewer smell, water leaks, trash not being paid and picked up and the total lack of respect for the people who live at the park I moved my tiny home and I would never recommend anyone to move there under Lamplights management.

Apr 24, 2025 · Tiger Lee ArtsUnder new management lamplightrv.com. worst management company I have ever dealt with. They took over in December, cut out pest control, lawn service, and maintenance. Washer and dryers went out, they will not replace, will not give electric bills, lots of underground water leaks that flood sites refuse to fix, discontinued trash, raccoons and rats now inhabit and septic turned off non functioning.
Mar 06, 2025 · Dawn DiasWhen the new owners came in I will admit that, yes, there were some growing pains. After many in person discussions, we learned that there were numerous undisclosed issues that needed, and need to be rectified. The new owners are working on them methodically and as quickly as they can.The laundry room has been refurbished. All machines work, and the PayRange doesn't randomly try to charge double for a single session (wash then dry). The room is also being regularly cleaned. They brought in a new Septic company (the ones who did the initial installation when the park was built). They did a thorough clean out of tanks, and repaired/replaced the in tank pumps as needed. The preexisting issues with the system haven been or are being worked on. New pumps and aeration remediation has been happening in the dog park area.A professional landscape company has been brought onboard. They come out every other week, unless it's raining, in which case they come out the very next day. They have fixed and maintain those medians that have plants/trees, and repaired the irrigation to those. They also spray for weeds.Pest control is happening on a set schedule as well. The park is nice and peaceful. I am enjoying getting to know my new neighbors who have moved here over the last few months. As I mentioned up top, there were growing pains. Some I believe was a language barrier, and some were admittedly my impatience. After taking the time to sit one on one with the park owners, my feeling have completely changed, and I am confident they want Aurora Gardens to be the nice, quiet, and safe park it was and can be.
Jun 16, 2025 · David CurtisWe went here for cub scouts camping and it was very nicely maintained. The trip was only for the weekend. Something happened with the water and we had to leave early, but that's understandable. Great place.
