- Nice place to live with the exception they raise the lot rent every year. I'm paying almost $300 more than when I first moved in. Their lot rent prices are just insane now.Michelle the manager who has nothing to do with the raised rent is absolutely the nicest person. She's not nosey. She does what she should, she keeps this place nice and stays out of people's business. So she's a plus. The people are really nice here. It's a safe area. So if you can buy the home and pay a ridiculous amount in lot rent on top of paying property tax, this place is for you. - A area where Manufacture homes belongs. Paved roads, clean, snow plowed roads/ sidewalks, a small gym and Jacuzzi. On the other hand it is a privately owned HOA. - This is one of the few mobile home residential parks in the Carson Valley. I don't live there. But, whenever I visit, it always seems very clean, quiet, and safe. The views are spectacular. It sits very close to the East Fork of the Carson River, which during the Summer months is usually dry, but in the Spring can become very high, even flooding at times. The Sales Office and accompanying Activities Room are very nice, clean, and inviting. This is not a tourist destination, but if you are looking for a mobile home to purchase, Aspen Park comes highly recommended. May 22 · James M.
