Ashley Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
Rent is high and going up even though property tax is dropping. If you can just buy a house it’s not going to be any more than this place. They force Spectrum on you so they can charge a $65 amenity fee. If they want something done they want it done fast or they will “fine” you and charge you a fee but if you have an issue with a home you’re buying and under warranty (they have an agreement with the home manufacturers) they take their time getting to it then only fix the issue itself and not damages caused by said issue. If it’s an issue that the manufacturer has to fix… good luck getting fixed cause apparently they can’t be bothered with that. This and other things are probably why there is a lawsuit against them. Now they want to fix the issue? 2 years later? We can’t wait to move
Nov 19, 2024 · rednerusI have lived here for 25 years, I have seen the community at it's lowest. We have had many managers over the years, our current Manager is by far the best. She is getting this community back to the beautiful place it once was when we first moved in. With all of the improvements going in, it seems that money is being put back into the community. We seem to have no problems with theft or trouble. Keep up the good work. We have also never had any issues with management.
May 10, 2024 · Brandon BurkThis park likes to evict older residents who own their home and offer no reason as to why. Some have been there over 15 yrs or longer. Most of these people can’t afford to move their homes. It’s truly sad in my opinion. Sounds like a company who is money hungry and probably wants a newer trailer so that they can charge more. Shame shame on you Ashley Pointe. Do better.
May 01, 2024 · trina grossMe and my family have lived in Ashley point for 6 months now and I can honestly say it's been a great experience for my kids, my wife and myself. I used to live her once before under different management and I can say this time around is so much better due to being under new management. Melissa is a awesome person and does a tremendous job touching base with her attendants. My kids love her and she's does a great job keeping them safe and the neighborhood safe. Could think of a better place to let my kids grow up. Thanks for all you do for us Melissa!!! 😁🥰
Dec 08, 2021 · Rory Contant JrI'm here visiting friends, but I live in indiana. I've been here just 4 days so I can't give a detailed opinion. What I can say in the time I've been here is that it doesn't feel or look like a dangerous place and though none of the neighbors have spoken to me, neither have they appeared to be standoffish. Just aloof. So far I like it here.
