It was very nice when I was growing up, but soon after my father died a lawyer purchased the mobile home park and it went down hill fast. They charge an outrageous price for lot rent and do absolutely nothing! I would have given 1 star for this rating but it was nice at one time. ALSO!, they had a key to his trailer and I had no idea until a couple of guys just walked in like they owned the place! Unbelievable!!!

We found out that we were the third party the owner turned down to own that particular home and it looks like the owner is blocking people from owning homes in his park.
