Arbor Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to **Arbor Mobile Home Park**, a large, well-established residential community located in the vibrant and evolving Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland, Oregon. For Oregonians seeking stable, affordable housing solutions in an increasingly costly urban environment, mobile home parks like Arbor provide a critical resource. Arbor Mobile Home Park consists of approximately 120 manufactured homes on dedicated spaces, as well as a small apartment building, making it a substantial and foundational part of the local housing landscape.
This community is more than just a collection of homes; it represents a commitment to accessible and enduring housing in a major metropolitan area. It has historical roots dating back to 1944, indicating its long-standing presence and stability within the city. For many residents, including low-income families, seniors on fixed incomes, and individuals who are disabled, this type of housing offers a vital pathway to homeownership without the exorbitant cost of land acquisition. As a resident in a similar community once noted about mobile home park life, the environment fosters a sense of being "tight-knit," where "Grandmothers, mothers, daughters... take care of each other, they help take care of me."
In recognition of their importance to affordable housing, mobile home parks like Arbor have benefited from protective zoning measures unanimously passed by the Portland City Council. This provides an extra layer of security against displacement, assuring current and future residents that the park's primary purpose is preserved as a Manufactured Dwelling Park.

For Oregon users, choosing Arbor Mobile Home Park is a decision to prioritize **stability and financial accessibility** in the highly competitive Portland housing market.
The most compelling reason to choose Arbor is the **protection and permanence** it offers. The park's history and its protected zoning status mean that residents can invest in a home knowing that the land use is likely secured for the long term, reducing one of the biggest risks associated with mobile home park living. This security is particularly valuable for low-income residents and seniors on fixed incomes, who are most vulnerable to market fluctuations.

The inclusion of some utilities in the lot rent helps simplify budgeting, a key advantage for fixed-income residents.
Lastly, the **convenient Northeast Portland location** ensures that residents are not isolated from urban life. With easy access to major transportation corridors, essential shopping, and beautiful local parks, Arbor Mobile Home Park offers a balanced lifestyle. It provides the quiet, community-focused benefits of a dedicated residential park while keeping the best of Portland within easy reach, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of Oregon residents.

June 12 · Kim SaylerI have been a resident here for 6 years. I have seen some amazing changes with the new owner/managers. I am pleased with the results they have brought to this community. They have a goal of making this place a clean safe place for families to live. I look forward to seeing more results aimed in this direction. It is already much better and safer than it used to be.
July 30 · Autumn SimentalI have lived here at the arbor for 12 years and it has been getting better and better every day. The new management and manager, it is obvious to me, are dedicated to make this park a clean and safe livable place for everyone. So many improvements have been added towards this goal. I feel that it is a victory for everyone who lives here. What is more important than your home?
April 13 · Joann WhittenThis neighborhood has come a long ways and is an affordable housing option for some very nice people who live there. 10 years ago I would not have said this but now I have nothing but nice things to say and they have weeded out the bad seeds, created a safe place to live for the residents and is an asset to this widely diverse community.
