Lived here for about 5/6 years..cool communitySo many kids I grew up with either got shot n died or murdered....memories .Also, my parents house was the biggest one there. SPC 87. They always kept it looking beautiful...idk about right now tho. It's probably all trashy n shit. We moved out in late 2010.

Nov 14, 2021 · Charles MaloneI have been living here for 8 years now. I gave a 4 star due to the amount of cats on the Property. Fleas are every where due to this. Careful walking your dog. Also they are giving notice to keep drive ways and patio clean and up to their standerds. You also pay a space rent which I'm pretty sure every one knows. How could they tell people what they can and can not have? when we are paying for the space. This would have to be my only complaint beside that the new manager are really nice and understanding. Erika and her husband keep the property well maintained.The schools are all walking distance if you have children. The neighbors are all respectful (at time might have some issue with noise disturbance or smelling marijuana) not a big deal for me. They have a JR size Olympic pool and pretty small spa. Which is located all in the front of the office. They have cameras located in the front. (No cameras with in the property) The lighting is nice and bright at night. security here I will rate 5 - 10. Any one can walk in the park . it's up to you to increase your security on your property. Neighbors do try to look out for each other in case any suspicious people come in. I think they have a neighbor hood watch staff? Also they have community meeting with the local police department. New laws/ security ext. They offer car space which their is a fee$. If you have more than 3 car good luck , you might have to park out side if you dont wanna pay the fee. Also they have a Towing company that come at random time and will tow your car if you are parked in the fire lane. They are not reasonable about dropping your car once it's on the hitch and careful unloading items out your car or going to pick something up in the house they will snatch your car. I know they have broke some Laws. The property does need to improve on this issue. Also guest parking is in the front by the pool you have to call the tow company to get a permit and sometime they still end up towing your car.(Communication sucks) Then your guest have to walk all the way to your house. Parking here is a Pain! Internet and cable provider , you have a few options. Spectrum (TWC), ATT, and Dish providers. They also have yard sales on certain month. Which you have to pay for your permit and you can also rent out the club house for party's. It's pretty cheap. All in, all 4 Stars. You could call this place home and fell good about it. O" I almost forgot . They had a GYM be for and now they don't . I wish they would bring it back.Resident # space 137
Sep 08, 2017 · Jessie NacarLots of nice people live here but if you if you live here you wont have any visitors family will never come over because the owner an manager will do there best to impound you car if you park on the street next to your house so if someone stays with you they will have to park and walk a half mile or more on weekends just to come to see you at your house many people i know have had their cars inpounded here its 500 plus to get your vehicle back and they tow it miles away where the dirt balls theifs at mr c towing will rip you off for anything of value in your car.... So if live here your in prison by the manager.. Dont move here theres gang bangers living here an they are drug dealers an wright graffiti all over the park this place sucks no parking only your driveway but if your car sticks out into the street it will be towed away you will have your stuff stolen an pay over 500 dollars to get your car back but none of the stuff in it.
