All Seasons RV Park Reviews
The lake is beautiful but the property is generally dirty. The beaches are normally overgrown and covered in animal feces like they don't clean often. Weeds are overgrown next to the water, camping bathrooms are nasty most of the time. The only good thing I can say is the location is perfect and the place has huge potential.
Jun 23, 2025 · Don WoodsPark is clean and well-maintained. Office and maintenance are both very friendly, helpful, and easy to contact. Sites are spacious, there is a pool, playground, dog park, catch and release fishing, and lots of areas to walk. Location is just 10-15 minutes away from major shopping in Escondido and/or Visita. Overall, All Seasons is a wonderful place to visit and/or call home.
Jun 21, 2025 · Stevie AllenSpots are very tight. We planned on staying for several nights. When we couldn’t back in to any of the spots that were available. We asked for a refund. They would not wave the one days stay, because of the cancellation policy of 72 hours in advance, even though we made the reservation the day before.Beware that this place is not suitable for big rigs. The lady at check in was not friendly either. The owner wasn’t onsite.I would definitely NOT recommend this place!
Mar 26, 2025 · Julie SpellmanWe made reservations and pre checked online still did not get any call or email what the site number is, stove we have no choice arrived after sunset and office was already closed- no email and none respond to our call- so after driving very narrow maze with no way to turn around we got into very narrow up and down hill park that’s was perfect to kill your rv ( if that’s a goal for your trip) we park the first spot we could squeeze in lucky to have someone walk out of rv and move away car so we can park. We left early taking more of bruises to our rv by speed bumps and driving over side road ditches. Left with no regrets! Rest area will be better option. Not recommending
May 01, 2025 · Iva OThe park manager Maria and her office staff really go above and beyond! It's a nice location far enough from the city but close enough to go food shopping ect. They have a pool that is kept clean as well. I have good neighbors and people are friendly!
