All Seasons Mobile Home Park Introduce
For many Ohioans, the idea of flexible, long-term living, whether in a manufactured home or an RV, presents an appealing alternative to traditional housing. RV parks and mobile home parks, though distinct in their offerings, both cater to individuals and families seeking a unique residential experience. All Seasons Mobile Home Park, located in Deerfield, Ohio, serves as a community that, based on available information, appears to primarily accommodate mobile homes but also implicitly caters to long-term RV stays, as is common in many such combined communities. This article aims to provide a factual and informative overview of All Seasons Mobile Home Park, helping those in the Ohio region understand what this property entails for extended residential purposes.
All Seasons Mobile Home Park is situated at 2300 OH-14, Deerfield, OH 44411, USA. While its name suggests a primary focus on mobile homes, many parks of this nature also offer provisions for longer-term RV residency, bridging the gap between temporary camping and permanent housing. In Ohio, mobile home and RV parks are governed by specific state regulations that oversee everything from utility hookups to community standards, ensuring a baseline for resident safety and quality of life.
These types of communities often attract individuals and families looking for more affordable housing solutions, a simpler lifestyle, or a sense of community that can be harder to find in more traditional residential areas. The concept of a mobile home park, sometimes encompassing RVs, offers a pathway to homeownership (for mobile homes) or extended stays (for RVs) without the extensive financial commitments often associated with purchasing land and a stick-built house. While specific details on the park's current operations and focus on RVs are limited in public data, the standard model for such parks involves lot rental for either manufactured homes or RVs, providing access to essential utilities and a managed environment. It is crucial for prospective residents to understand the nature of such communities, including the distinct differences between owning a mobile home and parking an RV for an extended period, and the associated responsibilities.
All Seasons Mobile Home Park is located in Deerfield, Ohio, a community within Portage County. Its address at 2300 OH-14 provides it with direct access to State Route 14, a key transportation artery in the region. This strategic location can be beneficial for residents, offering a balance between rural tranquility and connectivity to larger towns and cities in Northeast Ohio.
Deerfield itself offers a local, community-focused environment. While the immediate vicinity may be more rural, State Route 14 provides a direct link to a wider range of amenities, including shopping centers, dining establishments, and healthcare facilities in nearby Ravenna, Alliance, and Akron. For those who commute for work or wish to explore the diverse attractions of Northeast Ohio, the accessibility via State Route 14 is a significant advantage. The broader Portage County area is known for its natural beauty, including various parks and lakes, which can be easily reached by residents with a vehicle. While specific public transportation options directly serving the park may be limited, having personal transportation would generally allow residents to make the most of the surrounding region and its offerings.
Based on the general operations of mobile home and RV parks, and acknowledging that specific details for All Seasons Mobile Home Park are not extensively detailed in publicly available data beyond its core function, the typical services offered would include:
- Lot Rental: The primary service, where residents rent a designated space for their mobile home or RV. This typically includes connections for utilities.
- Utility Hookups: Standard RV and mobile home park services usually involve providing hookups for electricity (often 30-amp and 50-amp), water, and sewer at each site.
- Waste Management: Organized trash collection and disposal services are typically provided or facilitated by the park management.
- Road Maintenance: Maintenance of internal roads within the park is generally the responsibility of the park management. However, as noted in previous customer reviews, the condition of these roads can be a concern for residents.
- Water Quality Management: While a park typically provides water to lots, issues with water quality (as suggested by customer reviews regarding chlorine smell and sediment) would indicate that residents might need to manage water purification or filtration at their individual site.
- On-Site Management: Many such parks have a manager or management team to handle leases, complaints, and general park operations. The effectiveness of this management, as per customer feedback, can vary significantly.
While direct promotional highlights from All Seasons Mobile Home Park are not publicly available, common features of mobile home and RV parks that might be present or are generally sought after by residents include:
- Long-Term Stay Capability: The nature of a "mobile home park" often implies suitability for extended or permanent residency, which is a significant feature for those seeking a stable base in their RV or manufactured home.
- Affordable Living Potential: Compared to traditional homeownership or apartment rentals, long-term stays in mobile home or RV parks can offer a more cost-effective housing solution. However, this is always subject to rent increases, as noted in resident feedback.
- Community Environment: Many parks aim to foster a sense of community among residents, providing a more neighborly atmosphere than isolated living.
- Individual Lot Space: Residents typically have their own designated lot, offering more personal outdoor space than most apartment living.
- Direct Access to OH-14: The park's location on a state route provides convenient vehicular access to surrounding areas and amenities in Portage County.
It is important for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park and speaking with current residents, to assess the actual condition of facilities and the living environment, especially given the feedback concerning road conditions, water quality, and management responsiveness.

All Seasons Mobile Home Park Reviews
People living on destroyed and dangerous slabs. Some with standing water under them so bad that frogs live under it. Giant holes in roads and driveways,undrinkable/usable water that smells like chlorine so strong it burns your eyes and is absolutely full of sediment that ruins anything it touches. Several flooded properties. Manager plays favorites, doesn’t keep up with leases and doesn’t give a crap about complaints. Lot rent is insanely high and continues to rise with no explanation. Don’t live here, find somewhere else.

Jun 15, 2025 · SurlyMissI live here and so does my mom. We love it. The park manager is very nice and strict. But has to be when over looking so many homes to keep things running smooth and nice and clean. I have seen a lot of parks where the manager just don’t care. This park I like how it’s key up and how some people care about their properties and fix them up.

Apr 01, 2023 · Wendy PasqualleThis place totally stinks. They can complain when you are not doing what they want but when something goes wrong with the rent to own trailers they won't fix it and say that it is your responsibility. It takes too long when you tell them something is wrong to fix it and when they do they don't fix it right. Then when that same thing breaks again they make you pay to fix it. To me it just seems like they are lazy and don't want to fix anything. If I could give them a minus stars I would. If you know what is right, I would not move into this park because things don't get done and when they do, it is not done right. Also, the manager Sharon is horrible. She picks and chooses who she wants to help and when.

Mar 25, 2023 · Robin SpencerIt is a nice park to live in. We asked for an area that was quiet as we have no children, and the manager found us a new home in the back of the park by the pond and it is quiet for us. Been here 4 years and still love it. Wonderful neighbors. Great place to live.

Jan 03, 2021 · Cheryl BuloneI think the mobile homes are way over priced, especially from the condition they are left in from previous tenants, and after reselling them numerous times, I know the park already made there money back and then some, why keep selling these homes as if there brand new??? Also the lot rent is high for this area of portage county. Too many driveways need fixed, filled, resurfaced, etc. and nothing gets done. Our playground for our kids need some major upgrades/work. We really could use a nicer playground for our kids.
