Alan's Mobile Home Park Reviews
Great quite place. Traliors aren't too close together. Great yards for kids to play in, lots of shade trees. There is also a small playground for kids. Our family has been here a little over a month, staying in a 5th wheel since my husband is here working. The manager of the place runs it great! I give her 5 stars attentive, nice & polite. She does what's best for the place. Was able to receive mail and packages here. The road was a little rough, and the water maybe had iron or was well water. I'm not sure. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Being a traveling family, this place has been one of the best places we've stayed.

Jun 14, 2024 · Serenity MaherGood place to stay felt safe rent was decent. Roads do need work and you have hard water, the manager is awesome if you ever needed anything all you had to do was call. Most of your neighbors were friendly
Aug 26, 2023 · Brandy AlbrittonEverything is great except for we need a new treasurer Donna is clearly having cognitive issues we need somebody who has a clear memory and somebody who has the ability to pick up their own garbage she has left two garbage bags sitting on the side of the road for several days waiting for her grandson to come and do her job because she does not have the ability and we don't need an old lady who does not even live in this trailer park driving around with cognitive issues staring into people's backyards she's going to run a kid over
Aug 01, 2024 · Carrie DominowskiThe community has a new manager this year. Donnell is doing fantastic! She works well with the maintenance crew and our needs are met in a timely manner. I am so happy she is here.
