There has been many positive changes made this year. Victoria is a great manager, nice and hard working, Arturo is the ground manager, and he does a very good job in making sure the park is clean and in great shape. The owners are also involved in making sure things are going well.Overall, they care about the residents snd they go above and beyond to make sure we are happy here. The community events are awesome!

If you’re looking for a place that is country club and golf course manicured, this may not be the place for you. But if you’re looking for a place that has a warm, friendly, homey vibe to it, I highly recommend it. Yes there are a lot of permanent residents here and for some reason, I can’t fathom some people don’t like that. All of the RVs here and the lots they sit on are very clean and homey looking. Victoria couldn’t be any more helpful and friendly. I had a bit of a problem and she was very helpful and considerate.

I have been here since April and I have no complaints. Victoria is a pleasure doing business with. Spaces are very well kept. I would definitely recommendI gave the rooms 5 star as to me that would be considered spaces.

Took the RV over a couple weekends ago just to do a function check of all the systems. When I called to book the space Victoria was was polite and helpful. The spaces and landscaping were clean and trees well trimmed so as not to damage RVs. Due to the layout it was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the highway. All of the employees were helpful and nice.

This place is not really a resort but we have been here for almost 5 years and absolutely love it. It hasn’t always been great but since new management has been put in place it’s been amazing. This was the best change for this place. Things were neglected in the past. This new Management is making amazing improvements.
