Recently I was doing some clean up at a unit in this "park" for an elderly female friend of my grandmother. Not too name anybody for fear of retribution from the, well.., ill just call them "people". So this elderly friend of my family was lying on her sofa when she felt the Pitter Patter of tiny feet running across her chest, when she was able to focus at the thing that just about gave her a near fatal Heart attack.. Right before her stood an alley Rat of New York city proportions...yes the darn thing stood up on its hind legs turned to her looked her in the eye and Hissed at her! Couple days later I received the call to clean up around her place, set some traps and figure out where it came from... But little did I know what I was in for, the unit is infested, rats nesting in every corner of the house, feces everywhere I'm talking from the top of the refrigerator to the inside of her shoeboxes that line the floor of her master bedroom closet.. and these Varments are Bold, I put out poison and a few days later the rats had eaten the entire bag of Bloody rat poison!!! Never in my life I do not understand I've never seen anything like this before. Basically if you do not like rodents do not live here!!!

Also pretty convenient location. Both our kids were born there and pool and jacuzzi were some of their favorite things. Also plenty of green compared to other parks around. If you are considering a mobile home community, this one is definitely a great one to consider!

Each home has a beautiful front view making the whole park look extremely well taken care off and luxurious.It also has a wide range of activities and the center park has a beautiful view for those who enjoy a nice and quite afternoon or evening walk.Most people that i came across, seemed friendly and welcoming. Although I only visited a relative few times, it was enough to leave me stunning and amazed how well this place is taken care off. This is the first park on my list of liking.For those looking for a mobile park, i recommend to check this one out otherwise you will miss out.
