Sep 28, 2024 · Janet SchriverI stayed at 377 RV park for 2 months and I was pleased with the location and the amenities. I was especially happy with the manager Crystal! She was attentive with my mail and was always available to answer questions and keeps the park running smooth! I would stay there again for sure. Thanks again Crystal, you rock!!!
Sep 02, 2024 · Peter BlackwellWe stayed here for a 6-7 months while building our house. I thought it was great! We were right on the "creek" which was nice to look out on. We met some lovely friends with dogs. My Poppy personally loved all the squirrel watching. Kodi runs a tight ship just the way you want it. They really do try to create a family atmosphere with all the residents. And it's a great location close to shopping and retail. I would recommend 377 RV to anyone who needs a long-term RV Park. The only negative is the water pressure is not great, but the lodge has showers to use for a minimal $ during your stay.
May 13, 2023 · Susan NagelPLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE!!!When we first moved in, we thought it was great! Lots of strict rules but none that bothered us or that we felt were ridiculous. However the last month or so of us staying there is when true colors came out. To shorten things, this park only cares about taking your money, and it is no place to take your kids. Allow me to elaborate. We have 5 kids total but 4 of them are only with us every other weekend, with their mom full time. On evening one of the kids, who is a non speaking autistic 4 year old, got out of our “area” and went to the picnic tables right next to our camper. Owners saw that and threatened to kick us out because of it. I also just had a baby 3 months ago, but we are not the only residents there with a baby, our camper was parked close to the dumpsters, one of the furthest from the club house, kodi accused us of taking dirty diapers up to the clubhouse and throwing them in the trash can up there, even though the dumpster is maybe 10 steps away from our camper and we have a trash can inside of our camper. Then from that evening on, we kept getting picked on basically. Got a warning because our outside area was messy, which it was not, was told to pick up cigarettes buds that were from the neighbors next to us, little things, but unnecessary things. Kodi kept telling us that we were breaking park rules, mean while many campers, including the one right next to ours were trashed outside, kids from across the way are playing in the road, many rules are not being followed by many of the campers and nothing gets said to them. We were charged $900 for out $600 spot and when we tried to contact kodi about it, she went ghost. If kodi doesn’t like you, you’re gone, and the messed up part is they don’t have to give you a reason. It’s a very uncomfortable place to be in all honesty. Not to mention kodi is a drunk who walks around intoxicated with no respect of your space, property or kids. Her and her mom’s dogs run around the park without a leash and poop and pee wherever they please and don’t get cleaned up after, the small dog attacked our dog for absolutely no reason, but if your dog is caught doing any of those things she will threaten to call animal control. There’s been many complaints of kodi, the manager, and her side kick crystal. You don’t have to stay here long before you start seeing these things. Many sites rate this place 2, 3, even 1 stars, that should have been our first red flag. Bennetts or fall creek rv park are two amazing spots in the same area, go to one of those. Don’t come here
