DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE!!!! Unfortunately this place is ran by HOA who are incredibly power hungry and greedy. They work with a tow truck company, who tow home owner’s cars. They do everything but keep the actual neighborhood up. Alloting each house with a certain amount of hours (that aren’t even enough for every single day in the month), and if you run out you need to park outside of the gated community. The gag is that the doors connected to the fence are always jammed shut and broken, which sometimes makes it impossible to get out of the neighborhood if you are forced to park on the outside. Not to mention, there is limited parking on the outside of the neighborhood (probably because you should be able to park in front of your house).It has honestly gotten so ridiculous at this point, as my mother who works multiple shifts late at night registered her car, but accidentally got the last 2 numbers wrong as she was delirious… to then wake up to her car towed the next morning. This is the second time, as the first time they actually towed the car out of our driveway.It had gotten so bad at one point that people in the neighborhood were parking in their walkways connected to their house, just to avoid being towed.
