If you’re looking for a fun family campground near Estes park I would look elsewhere. While they do have great activities and the staff is friendly the rest of your stay will not be great. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a sewage smell that doesn’t go away. Then if you have a cabin you’ll open the door and see that it has not been properly cleaned- the floors were sticky, walls and counters dirty, oh and don’t look under the bed! If you plan on cooking our cabin had a 2 burner plug in stove which only 1 burner worked. The cabin also had an outdoor grill but for some reason ours had an electric grill vs the other cabins which had propane. I would have liked to use the grill but again it was filthy.They also have a swimming pool which our kids enjoyed; however it again was dirty and had a ring of dirt around the outside edge.Also it’s hard to tell from the map but the campground has some very steep hills, and if you have a hard time getting up then you almost have to rent a golf cart, which is an extra expense.There were a ton of activities to do with kids but most of them are an extra expense- candy bar bingo is a buy in cost, ceramics was 4.00, forest laser tag was extra, and if you have multiple kids that adds up. The playground was fine, but also had seen better days, and could use some repairs.Overall, I think if my cabin had been cleaned properly I could have overlooked some things (except the smell). It’s disappointing because we were all so looking forward to our stay and the smell and cleaniless really put a damper on things.

We stayed in a camper! The site was great close to everything. The pool was warm and just the right size. The jump pad was the biggest hit! Our grandsons had a blast. We got to ride a 1955 fire truck 🚒 the staff is very kind and willing to help make your stay the best!! Scott, James, Michael, Pattie, Kelly and jacob fantastic people 🙏🏼

If you want to live like a teenage mutant ninja turtle, this place is for you! The aroma of sewer is everywhere, whether you are mini golfing, jumping, eating or sleeping. The sewer system was described to me as "archaic" which is spot on. It even fills your car. There were 7 cabins in our group and each of our cars also have the fresh scent of sewer. They won't refund you, or move you. Would be super fun place if not for smelling hot sewer with every breath. There are so many beautiful places to camp in the area that won't make you miserable. Try any place else to camp, literally.

This is the worst campground I’ve ever experienced. We were only able to book a full RV site even though we just had a car with a rooftop tent. The staff at check-in made no effort to accommodate us or offer any goodwill gesture, despite our four-night reservation. The lower part of the campground smells absolutely awful — like toilets and garbage. The upper restrooms were filthy, and even after we requested cleaning, nothing was done. The campground is constantly overcrowded, and there’s no peace at all since the road is one-way and always busy. For the price and what you get, avoid this place — even a low-end motel would be a better option. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, not even for one night.

Since Jellystone is a brand, your experience here is likely consistent with other Jellystone parks. Although this location is built on the side of a mountain, and the park roads are somewhat steep, the campsite was almost level. Wasn't just a gravel parking lot - felt more like a campground even though they had RV hookups. Convenient drive to Estes Park.
