Based on the provided customer reviews and general industry practices for campgrounds like Yellowstone Park Camp Resort, specific, explicit "promotions" or "special offers" are not detailed in the given information. The reviews focus more on the general amenities, management, and community feel rather than advertised discounts or packages.
However, the nature of a park that caters to "seasonal lots" inherently provides a form of "special offer" for Maine locals seeking long-term value. Seasonal rates at campgrounds typically offer a significant cost saving compared to paying daily or weekly rates over an extended period. This allows families or individuals to have a dedicated summer retreat without the full commitment of property ownership, often including utilities like water and electric in the seasonal fee.
Given that some reviews mention group bookings ("We had 6 sites and we asked about the 10% discount"), it suggests that the campground might have offered, or been open to discussing, discounts for larger parties or specific booking scenarios in the past. This indicates a potential for future promotions or flexibility for group reservations, which locals might find beneficial for family reunions or friend gatherings.
While no explicit public promotions are listed, potential visitors, especially Maine locals interested in a temporary or seasonal stay, are always encouraged to directly contact Yellowstone Park Camp Resort. By calling or emailing, they can inquire about:
- Seasonal rates and availability
- Any current off-peak specials
- Discounts for extended stays (e.g., weekly or monthly rates)
- Potential group booking discounts
This direct communication is the best way to discover any available offers that might enhance the value of their stay at this friendly Maine campground.

Yellowstone Park Camp Resort Reviews
My parents have a camper parked on a seasonal lot at Yellowstone Park, that I recently stayed in.My first impressions were "ok a normal run of the mill campground." However, after I met the owners and staff my impression started to shift. They were all so friendly and accommodating, everyday they were out in the park maintaining the lots and interacting with residents (all positive interactions). The grounds are well manicured, the pool and surrounding area is nice, large kids playground, and very clean community bathroom/shower and laundry facilities (coin op).The residents are all very nice, they wave and engage in friendly conversations. At night they party, but not loud and into the early morning, most times 😉.I'd have to say, if you're looking for a temporary stay or a seasonal stay this is a conveniently located park 15 mins away from rt1 and wells beach or 5 mins away from stores in Sanford. And if you choose to stay in the park for the day, there's a bunch of nice people to hang out with.
Jul 27, 2023 · JoeI am lucky enough to have friend's let me use their fifth wheel 🛞 . The campground is close to Wells Beach.Lot's to do in the area. Great community spirit here. The owners are very kind.
Jul 18, 2024 · Craig HalleyGreat experience! The other campers are all very personable and Buddy, the man who helped get us situated, is very sweet and accommodating. The bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in a campground, and the price was decent to boot (I paid 22/night for a tenting spot with water, calling in the day of).If you're tenting you'll end up in a lightly wooded near the back which has some privacy, although in our case there was nothing between our site and a neighboring one (luckily we ended up spending the night with our neighbors anyway). Can't go wrong here.
Aug 16, 2014 · Azad JalaliLaid back, family atmosphere. A lot of older campers, so it's less rowdy. Nice pool and the playground was just redone. Solid prices and great location close to amenities, beach, and tourist areas. They also do some fun stuff like Christmas in July for the kids, but would be nice to see a little more.
Sep 09, 2016 · The Chris TaylorPROS: Nice, helpful staff. Very reasonable rates. Just a quick drive to the local beaches. Actively being updated. Friendly seasonal neighbors. Very family friendly.CONS: Some facilities still need updating. Bocce court and basketball courts are overgrown. Wifi is unreliable.
