Woodlawn Campground, as a private, independently run facility, does not publicly advertise promotions or special offers in the typical sense that larger resort-style campgrounds or chains might. Their pricing is generally straightforward and considered fair by past visitors.
However, it is always a good practice for prospective campers to directly inquire about any potential savings or specific arrangements when making reservations. While not guaranteed, here are types of considerations or unadvertised offers that smaller campgrounds sometimes provide:
- Extended Stay Rates: Some campgrounds offer weekly or monthly discounts, especially during off-peak seasons. If you plan a longer stay, it's worth asking if a reduced rate applies.
- Seasonal Rates: Pricing might vary slightly between peak and off-peak seasons. Visiting during the shoulder seasons (spring or fall) might inherently offer a better value.
- Group Discounts: If you are traveling with a large group or multiple families, inquire if there are any group rates available.
- Return Customer Appreciation: While not formal, a friendly gesture or slight discount for returning loyal customers is sometimes a possibility at family-run establishments.
- Direct Booking Incentives: Booking directly by phone (rather than through a third-party platform if available) sometimes allows for more flexibility or access to the best available rates.
To get the most accurate and current information on pricing, availability, and any potential value offerings, it is highly recommended to contact Woodlawn Campground directly using the phone numbers provided.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were in town for a youth sports tournament. We stayed 5 nights and really only slept there. It had everything we needed and it was close to the athletic fields. The owner was very very kind and accommodating. The place has a "dated" feel, however everything was clean and functional. I felt it fully met our needs for a fair price. I would stay again should we be back for another tournament.
August 24 · Kris SIf you want a quiet place, this campground is it! We were here a week,Very clean , bathrooms had showers and they were clean also, the people that run it are very nice & want to make sure there are no issues, if there are they are right on top of them. Yes I recommend the campground
May 23 · Terryann HjortReally nice lady. Camping areas were clean and well maintained. Lot of shaded sites. Nice little park. Would definitely stay here again. Reasonable price.
September 18 · Meleisa GreeneWoodlawn Campground is wonderful. Only 40 minutes from the beach it’s nice to retreat to some shade. Pat is incredibly nice and was wonderful with my 2 year old. We can’t wait to go back. There weren’t a lot of bugs and luckily there is plenty of wood around to save you some cash come fire time. I definitely recommend.
July 13 · Herbert BallardI don't even feel it rates one star. It is a trashy campground. I visited and turned around and left I would not stay there. Run down looking at best no one has picked up any limbs or trash there are campers that look abandoned with green moss growing on them. The lady who owns it rides around on a golf cart and is overbearing and smart mouthed. She said her parents started the camp ground 50 years ago and it appears there have been no improvements since. The picture on the web site does not reflect the condition of the area.
