Williams Creek Campground Reviews
Beautiful campground. The fishing is good. The views are amazing. The campsites are large. Vault toilets are very clean. Would definitely camp there again.
Feb 08, 2025 · Josiah FastThis is a first come first serve campground. There are some nice spots. Most do not provide shade. The vault toilets are clean and presentable. We were camping the weekend of June 21st, 2025. There was a race going on in the area that weekend. We were told and decided to camp here anyway. Big mistake. The people organizing were loud, all over the place and very disruptive. In my opinion the fee for that day should have been waved. The bathrooms were crowded. They were crowding the roads and just parked their cars everywhere and anywhere. This started at the crack of dawn and just got worse. Its our fault for thinking it wouldn't be that bad. We weren't told how bad of a disruption it would be either. It was a big mess. To Williams Creek- if you do this in the future please warn campers of how bad it really is and waive the fee for that day. It was an inconvenience and it took away from the camping experience.
Jul 02, 2025 · Laura Lee-HaycockGorgeous views. Camp hosts were friendly and the campground was clean. Reserve in advance for best spots. The drive from Pagosa Springs is gravel and rugged but it's worth it. Drop toilets, no showers. There are drinking water stations and dumpsters.
Jun 25, 2023 · Aadel BussingerSome truly beautiful camping. Plenty of clean bathrooms through the site. Decent privacy between each campsites. Absolutely beautiful star gazing at night. Fun little creek to explore. Will absolutely visit again!
Aug 04, 2024 · Chelsea BartlettThis place is simply fantastic! Beauty everywhere and this camp host is the best I’ve ever encountered. The sites and restrooms are spotless! And we felt so welcome and comfortable. This is our new favorite.
