William's Park Campground Reviews
We had such a long hot ride on our motorbike and with temperatures over 105 we felt like we were cooking from inside out. We couldn’t believe our luck when we rode into this dreamy campsite. The lovely owner met us on her golf buggy. What a wonderful lady! She gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home immediately. The lady let us choose a beautiful pitch under some 200 year old trees that gave us some much needed shade and next to a stunning little stream that you could just hear trickling along and was such a lovely sound to drift off to sleep too. The lady gave us a quick tour of a wonderful community kitchen which was great for us to cook our camp meal in. Plus a fridge freezer so we froze our water bladder to try and keep some water cooler when travelling the next day. The showers and bathrooms were super clean and well set up. I loved hearing all the birds and wildlife and the grass was super soft and wonderful to set a tent up on. We soon cooled down from our super hot day and even sets of playing cards available and we had great evening playing cards. There was a community camp fire available which we didn’t have as had been so warm all day but nice to have it there. The whole site was stunning and not too big, private and secluded. The owner checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had such a wonderful chat and really made our hot day end on such a happy note. The owner was curious how we found the campsite and explained my husband found by chance on google. I can not recommend this campsite enough and the owner mentioned if you would like to book to book on Hipp Camp - I’ve forgotten the owners name but thank you so much for such a memorable and wonderful stay at such an amazing beautiful place campsite. We will never forget it.
