Went down there this past weekend. Homeless everywhere. We ran to the store and came back and half of our stuff was stolen. Like a radio and phone chargers. The guy running it smelled like alcohol but acted like he was high. This place has really went down hill since the last manager left. I would not let my children or any children I care about be down there. The whole place had a bad vibe. We were frequently going and will NEVER return. This place is awful. There are adults living in tents with small children. They have cut down all of the mature trees-I’m assuming for profit and they have cut trees down and left what they couldn’t sell just on the beach. There was broken glass everywhere. It went from being a safe clean environment to absolutely disgusting. There are broke down cars scattered with the entire exhaust in the yard. And trash EVERYWHERE, clearly someone is using a picnic table as a refrigerator…. - Kelsie cologna
