Walnut Meadow RV Park Reviews
We were leaving Cincinnati Ohio and wanted to knock down about three hours of travel time for us so we decided to book a overnight layover site here. It is very conveniently off the interstate reasonably priced the lady that welcomes you is super friendly and happy to help you, they are pool through spots for big units. My unit is about 65 feet long with Truck. They have power they have water. They have sewer level so I didn’t have to unhook. I just lifted weight off the truck. It’s off the interstate you don’t hear the noise I would recommend this place sleep for a layover to catch some sleep for your next journey.
Aug 07, 2024 · Brian JacksonStayed here over night work or travels and it was so easy to book online and check in. They were so very accommodating and very nice. They are there if you need anything at all. The lots have fl hook up and picnic tables. Will definitely stay again on our travels.
Jun 02, 2025 · CaTonya SchmittNot a place I would recommend or return to, nice lady called with instructions to call them when we arrived because no one was in the office. Waited over 20 minutes and called twice before being led to a spot that we could see from where we were waiting. It had been rainy there and we got stuck in a space that was flooded on one side, we could not walk around our RV when the slide was out - all while there was a perfectly dry space next to us with no one in it.The women's restroom and showers were "Out of Order" and the men's were disgusting. Google is not letting me upload my photos.
Apr 17, 2025 · Larry J. HolmesWalnut Meadow is a Godsend after a long day of travel. We stayed here for one night in July 2024 on our way home to Canada from Florida after another park had hit capacity, and we are so glad we did. Humble, clean, quiet and the staff were so helpful. Meghan on the phone was a delight, and Sam, who met us for a late check in to guide us to our site. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back!
Jul 20, 2024 · Melina GilliesWe stayed here while on a travel nurse assignment, it was affordable and had plenty of space to walk around and play with your dogs! The workers here are always willing to answer any questions and help you if you need it. It was nice that they had an area for the people staying longer term. We felt welcomed here and would definitely come back if we were ever in the area! The only complaint we had was how the sites are in the back area for the long stays. When leaving and maneuvering your trailer it isn't always easy to get in and out and it seems as though the sites are facing a Strange direction making it hard to exit, especially since so many people park multiple vehicles in the way. This was the only complaint we had and heard from others as well! We had a great time here and would definitely recommend this place to stay.
