We did not camp, but we did make the very short trek to Horse Trough Falls. Campground looked well kept, and we appreciated that there were port-a-potties. We actually came right after they had cleaned them, which was great to see that they're well cared for. We were in Jeep Wranglers and enjoyed the rough drive up, but we also did see a family at the campground in a minivan, so it's not impossible! - Janelle Cunningham
