The Backyard RV Resort

4350 Sassafras Cir, Montgomery, AL 36105, USA

4.0
This place isn't really a "resort" in the typical sense. It's convenient to the interstate and check-in was a breeze. The sites are just a drive thru with no frills. It was fine for us because we were just stopping overnight. But there weren't any tables, fire pits, etc. I believe there was a communal area, but we didn't receive any papers at check in to tell us what was available. There were a lot of geese and their babies which was super cute. I'm giving it 4 stars because it served our needs, but if we had a bunch of kids, etc it wouldn't have been a good choice for us. Oh, and the area it was located at was a bit sketchy. Just be aware of your surroundings. The campground was packed so we felt safe. - Jennifer Ganyard
