There is a jump rock not sure how tall it is but it was an awesome awesome awesome time! And the jumping rock is alot taller than it looks and you notice that once you get up there! Climbing back up is super easy, so idk if you are hanging around lake george on a kayak or boat this is a dope little island to stop at for a little. The island directly across is also nice with a beautiful crystal clear blue swimming zone by one of the docks - Ramon Pimentel
