The relatively straightforward drive from urban centers like Seattle and Bellevue means less time on the road and more time enjoying the tranquility of your campsite.
Tall Chief Thousand Trails offers a variety of services aimed at providing a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience, particularly for RVers, within its wooded setting.

Convenient Dump Station: For sites without direct sewer hookups, a readily accessible and convenient dump station is available within the park for black and gray water tanks. This makes managing waste straightforward for all campers.
Clean Restroom Facilities: The campground offers restrooms, which are essential for tent campers and those without on-board facilities. Maintaining cleanliness in these areas is a common expectation for campers.

Thousand Trails Membership: As a Thousand Trails property, it likely appeals strongly to members of this network, offering a consistent standard of park and often included stays as part of their membership benefits. This can be a significant cost-saver for frequent campers.

Nice wooded campground with all the amenities. Full hookup (minus septic) has a convenient dump station.
May 25, 2025 · Mark & Dori StuderWe like Tall Cheif campground. Some of the winter changes to the campground hours are a bit ridiculous. Being restricted to do your laundry between the hours of 11 am to 5 pm is one we aren't pleased with and closing the hot tub all together is another. We like Tall Cheif campground and enjoy camping there. About the only thing we wish is, we wish they had full hook up. We manage ok. You have power and water but no sewer hook up. You have to go to the dump station in the park to dump your black and gray tanks. All and all we really like Tall Cheif campground and would recommend it to anyone.
