Sugar Island Camp Grounds Pineville, MO Reviews
We come here about 2-4 times a year usually summer time and we move it here! The staff are so friendly and I never met one single staff that was hateful. When me and my husband come in the office everytime I am sure they recognize us by face. Anyways best prices around, best camping/floating around. (Pictures are when it was flooded so I will update next time). But water is clear when it isn't flooded. See you again Sugar Island when it's safe to float again! As I WILL NOT go anywhere else to camp/float as I found my favorite place!!!
Jun 09, 2025 · Heather Marie VanaBest canoe and campground on the big sugar. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which makes it feel like home. The 5 mile kayak float Wes perfect for a day trip. Family friendly!
Jun 23, 2025 · Dustin MThis is my go to camp ground. The owners are great and eat to get along with. Management is just as laid back as well. No Glass on the beach, no loud music after 11pm (or just wait until after the 11pm rounds by owner), no fighting and do not speed (10mph limit) and you will not have any problems. It's kid friendly and family oriented. They host different events throughout the summer (fireworks) (chili cook-off)...ect
