★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We stayed in campground P-2 so this review will specifically be for the “P” section.Aside from it being a pain to haul everything over there on a hot day, we really enjoyed being in the primitive area because there were no RV’s or large groups. It was a bunch of families and our tents which made for such a fun atmosphere. The trains are very loud and the bathroom is a good long walk from camp but the bathrooms are always clean and air conditioned. We would stay again
July 02 · Necia ShumwayWe are camped here for 2 nights. This an immaculate park. RV spots HAVE water. No electricity, no sewer. In a beautiful valley so you can't hear the highway. You can hear the trains, but I love them. They also have separate area for centers, day visitors, and across the creek is the primitive tent sites. All have picnic tables. This place is awesome. Bathrooms are super clean and smell good! Creek was flowing fast in June. C9 rv spot has awesome creek access. This place is right off 89 for easy easy on off access. Many cotton wood trees so white fluff everywhere. Cows up on hill were an added fun bonus. Oh, did I mention the hummingbirds?!?! At least 5 at our feeder at one time.
June 20 · Alice FeeneyNext to railroad and trains come through at night blaring their horn. For that reason alone I will not return. An enormous amount of cotton from cottonwood trees during June, which gets everywhere. Also in June, box elder buds everywhere which get into everything. Nice clean restrooms, for that reason 2 stars instead of one.
June 07 · Steven BraithwaiteVery Nice Campground Just Off the HighwayWe stopped overnight at this campground as we passed through. It was easy to make a reservation on the Utah counties website before we arrived. A very nice camp host greeted us and made sure we were all set up. Our trailer site has a paved pad on a 70+ foot driveway, water, picnic table, fire pit, and grill. we didn’t use any of the other facilities, but it looks like a nice park, clean bathrooms, etc. Our campsite #1 was opposite from the water which was OK with us since we’re just staying overnight.
July 11 · Mindy VincentFirst & foremost, do not “believe” the pictures online of the camp sites, as the host literally told us that the pictures are “taken from far away” so evidently in our picture/site we reserved online, it ended up having our neighbors space included. Instead of hospitality, we were met with confrontations and arguments. My kids enjoyed our 2 day camp but my experience with the campers in the area (Karens) & the host were not very pleasant. Def would never recommend this place to anyone.
