★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wow!!! What an amazing experience we had with Ocean and Alyssa. Their hospitality was top notch. They are doing some great things in the hospitality area and for the animals they take in as rescues. We stayed in our RV through Harvest Host and we would 100% stay again.
July 03 · Nina OrozcoAmazing experience. Peacocks, goats, alligators-small ones, puppies, livestock guard dogs, horses, a mini bull a teeny pig named Figgy, chooks, teepees to sleep in, paddle boards a canoe, a kayak, lots of ponds, beautiful family runs the business. There is a chef there that makes homemade sorbet and goat milk ice cream. Best iced cream ever.
April 13 · Kelly LongThis place is awesome! My wife and I wanted to take our 2 small kids camping but didn't know where to go. We found this place in the app Hipcamp and noticed it was highly rated and seemed pretty cool so we took a chance and checked it out; it far exceeded what we hoped for. Staying here is like sleeping in a petting zoo; there are horses, donkeys, chickens, pigs, peacocks, goats, cows, emus, and about a dozen very friendly dogs that roam the property keeping it safe. It is so peaceful and everyone is super nice. We will definitely be back again!
December 01 · Dylan SAll the joys of camping without the hustle of setting up.. bonus for a/c and comfort of real beds. The free range animals made this experience so much more rewarding for me as well. So peaceful and relaxing and the Host is friendly and treats everyone like family. Will definitely be booking and staying again!!
October 06 · Kristy WheelerThe animals are lovely but the sanctuary itself is sad. We were placed on an open area because of the size of our setup. Not a problem. But it gave a good look at the animals and their surroundings. It was dirty, piles of manure everywhere-and I mean everywhere. The female dog has recently had another litter of puppies and was skin and bones. The pig they wrote so much about was crying at an enclosure because she has been separated from her babies. We were so excited to stay at an animal sanctuary/rescue and were heartbroken at the conditions of their pens, barns, fields. 🥺
