Sherman Oaks Campground Reviews
Started off badly showed up at 7pm and my spot. Was given to someone else traveling threw and I had spot reserved for 3 weeks. Was planning on being here for 2 months, well now there trying to tell me I have to pay a year lease. They knew before we came we only needed place for 2-3 months because of buying land. Can't ever get ahold of female that set up this on phone. Keep telling friends of ours who called that they only have one open spot which is a lie from hell, and told them they could payMonthly but had to pay over the phone immediatly cause other people are on the way. At least 10 open spots right now, nothing is level and electric looks sketchy with water issues all the time maintenance keeps cutting off everyone's water to fix.
Apr 24, 2025 · William S. AtchesonThis is a very small park with gravel and grass sites. There were some deep tire ruts on some sites so it might get pretty muddy during rainy times. The sites are fairly level but some do have a bit of a slope. Roads are narrow and turns can be a bit tight so you really need to pay attention to your route through the park. Hookups were old but ok and some sites are only 30 Amp. It does look like a lot of the sites are full time people but the park is clean and this is not an issue for us. There are also a lot of large shade trees in some of the park. Overall, it was fine as an overnight stay or even for a couple of days just to rest. AT&T service was very good, Verizon was decent. We did not use any of the facilities since we had our own.
May 18, 2022 · Steve WrightAnother very basic overnight type of property.Nice pool.🏊♀️ Nice shower 🚿Small laundry 🧺Mostly residents and storage here. Some really classic RV's and trailers.🫢
Oct 13, 2023 · Michael ScottBy far the worse RV Park I have ever stayed in. All the RV’s are ran down and poor maintenance throughout the park. For the monthly rate that they charge you would think the sites would be nice. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Feb 26, 2025 · J WI really can't say anything about the place. We made a reservation and they didn't bother to tell us the water wasn't on. So we had to find a last minute, more expensive place, farther away from where we needed to be. Not really professional . . . 🤨
