★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Campsites for the tent loop are nice. I don't know what the camp hosts do. We arrived Friday May 23 and left Monday. The pit toilet was stinky and disgusting the whole weekend. It wasn't cleaned once. The only thing they did was fill the tp and empty the trash. There were no fires allowed yet the people next to us had a fire at night and in the morning. There is extreme fire danger right now and several wildfires already so not sure why they didn't care. Also, you get a lot of noise from the highway. We've stayed at much better campgrounds where the hosts were out every morning cleaning the bathroom and hosing it down, adding enzymes to help reduce the smell. We got to look at someone's blow out all splattered on the toilet the whole time we were there. The last morning I peed in the woods because the ammonia smell was suffocating. Yes, it was that bad! I don't recommend this place unless they get better hosts. There were 2 host sites but never saw anyone. Every other place, the hosts always stop by, remind you of fire restrictions and any other concerns, like bear activity.
May 27 · DeAnne FaliseFirst time stay at Sharp Creek campgrounds.Weekday stay.Once again felt like my personal campground. Very quiet! Beautiful campsites. This weekend already sold out.
May 09 · MarkWe loved this campground. It’s a nice alternative to Christopher Creek. Drinking water, bathrooms, and fire pits. Worth the fee you pay for sure.
June 16 · Lacee AlatorreBeautiful area, clean restrooms, and the on site host named Dale is extremely kind and helpful. This is a place worth staying at. Dale made it an incredible experience.
May 24 · Terek FamilyPretty place to spend a few nights! We stayed in 011 on Oak Loop and I felt it was spacious. I do not think the sites are very close together, but neighbors are in sight. It was a pull through site so very easy to park and unload. There are water spigots all around which was a nice surprise. Bathrooms were clean. We saw a bunch of cows grazing around the campground which my kids loved. We brought our bikes and had a great time riding them around the campground. Hosts we’re so sweet to us!!! They even gifted my kids a stuffed bear given to them from the local fire department. We had a great time.
