Seven Pines River Resort Reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A Hidden Gem with Unforgettable HospitalityWe had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ken, Dawn, and their daughter Katlyn’s beautiful property, and it was the perfect way to kick off our summer girls’ trip. We arrived right at nightfall, and were warmly greeted at the front gate by the family themselves. To our surprise, they generously gave us a free upgrade to a breathtaking camping spot right on the beach—what a way to arrive!Since it was dark when we settled in, we didn’t realize just how stunning the view was until we woke up the next morning. Their land truly is a hidden gem—peaceful, pristine, and surrounded by nature. We camped on a Monday night and had the place entirely to ourselves. It was magical. The hospitality shown by Ken, Dawn, and Katlyn was above and beyond. They gave us a tour of their incredible property, and we even got to go tubing down the river. We spotted wildlife like painted turtles, a graceful gray heron, baby ducks, and even a few deer. The amenities were next-level luxurious. The bathrooms were spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with high-quality soap, shampoo, and lotion. The rain shower smelled like a spa—I’ve honestly never felt so pampered while camping. At the top of the hill, there was a charming little shop, lawn games, and a cozy fire pit area. Everything was so well thought out and welcoming. On Tueaday afternoon, we accidentally locked ourselves out of our car as we were getting ready to leave. Their team jumped into action and helped us get back on the road. Their kindness, patience, and generosity truly made this experience unforgettable.Thank you so much, Ken, Dawn, Katlyn, and the entire team. You made our stay feel so special. We will definitely be back! 🌲✨
Jun 28, 2025 · Tina CMy friend and I stayed here in late June. The place is the most beautiful, hidden gem I’ve ever stayed at!! The staff went above and beyond, so friendly and accommodating. The sites are unbelievably beautiful. We were able to camp right next to the river and go tubing during our stay!! Such cool experiences. Another huge plus was the individual, private bathrooms and showers. I cannot wait to visit again and share this extraordinary place with more friends and family. Absolutely recommend.

May 21, 2025 · Rebecca BodeIncredible spot to spend a day or weekend--with the nicest folks running the place! I live in Nashville but took a day trip out to Seven Pines this past weekend. I was blown away by the scenery, amenities, and the super friendly staff (it's a family-run operation and Katelyn answered all my questions before the trip, making sure to reach out via text to confirm my reservation). Do yourself a favor and visit this hidden gem! I will be back a few times this summer for sure. Like their website says, bring water shoes!
Jun 23, 2025 · Abigail RiceWe had a wonderful time there this weekend! Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to the weather but they were very accommodating and understanding! The river was absolutely beautiful and everything else was so nice as well. The owners and their daughter were so sweet! We really enjoyed chatting with them! We will definitely be coming back (hopefully with a better forecast). We can’t wait to bring our friends and really enjoy all this beautiful resort has to offer. The bathrooms and showers were well kept. The showers had body wash, shampoo and conditioner in them! Perfect for a nice getaway. There’s nothing like a family owned business that truly cares about their guests. They go above and beyond for all your needs. Look forward to seeing yall soon 🩷
