Our experience was overall very disappointing. We stayed in a cabin here for 2 nights a couple of weekends ago and it left a lot to be desired. We were freezing to death as the heat pump in the cabin barely put out any heat, and it was a cold late October weekend. It probably needs to be cleaned/serviced. We had it cranked as high as it would go, but it still hardly produced any heat, leaving the cabin very chilly. Also, the lighting in this cabin was TERRIBLE. There were several lamps, but almost none of them worked. The light in the shower didn't work either, and the light over the sink was very dim. We found ourselves frequently having to use the flashlights on our phones. Lastly, there were people staying in a camper right outside of our cabin, who were very loud, both early in the morning and late into the night, which we did not appreciate at all, especially when the entire reason we were there was for a peaceful and quiet weekend getaway. We will definitely not stay here again, nor would we recommend this campground. - Johanna Wheeler
