This is one of the nicer more massive parks on LI. The bathrooms are clean enough. The weekend crowds can be a bit rowdy but you’ve got to expect that any weekend anywhere on LI.The park is full of rolling hills and beautiful old trees. Its mornings are quiet too (except on weekends, chatter and music are abound). The beach is only a short walk and has some awesome spots for a chair hammock. Highly recommended for a weekday family camping experience. - Ukulele Lover
