We have been here for 40 years. We are second generation owners and absolutely love this place. The grounds are kept beautifully and most of the people are very nice and neighborly. There are many many children of all ages and I am working to get more activities child based at this time. The bands are often and pretty good for night and sometimes pool side entertainment. Anyone who is lucky enough to purchase a property here will never want to leave. Very dog friendly and the pool is to die for.

It's a great investment. This is the best way to spend your summer vacation. Why spend $6000 per week for a beach rental when you can just pay $2200 for HOA and taxes for the whole year minutes from the beach. There's no comparison.
