Salmon Run Campground and Vic's Canoes, Kayaks and Tubes Reviews
I highly recommend. This was an awesome experience, the owners are wonderful to say the least. This campground is wonderful, we stayed in a cabin which was very clean. This campground is well maintained and the owners take pride in what they have to offer. We floated the river twice and it was wonderful. We will be coming back and I highly recommend this campground. The kids made so many friends it was very heartfelt the entire time.
May 28, 2025 · Matthew VanvelsIt's was a great weekend. The campground was beautiful. The sites are mostly flat and well maintained. The grounds were quiet, even though kids were enjoying then pool and playground. No loud noises at night to disturb sleep either. The owners even stopped by to make sure we had everything we need. Very nice place and will certainly camp there again.
Jun 03, 2025 · Cheryl HowlettWe've been camping at Salmon Run for years, and it's always been a special place for our family. The new owners have really taken the time to listen to campers and tubers, adding thoughtful upgrades that have made a big impact. Simple additions like rubber mats and guide ropes at the landing have improved safety and the overall experience, while the introduction of Wi-Fi adds a nice touch for those who want to stay connected without losing the charm of the outdoors. We’re excited to continue our tradition of camping here with friends and family. It's a place that truly enhances our time together, and we can’t wait to return every year!
Jul 04, 2025 · tastockwell1982One of the BEST campgrounds for river tubing in Michigan. The newer owners are amazing. And the facility itself is a blast. I go there every year and will be back next year!
Jun 30, 2025 · Austin FisherI hadn’t camped here in several years. It has always been a nice place. I was in the area and just stopped in. Fortunately they had the very best spot available that faced west, overlooking the Muskegon River. Absolutely gorgeous! The “new” owners who I think from what I gleaned, have had it for 5 years. They do an awesome job on the grounds and make you feel very welcome. I will be back soon! Ps- you can even rent the Barbie trailer! It was on the site next to me andI got to see it. A group of 50-year-old women rented it for their friend’s birthday. What a great idea!!
