There are some trees and adequate shade. If you have a spot by the river it's fabulous. Compared to all the other campgrounds between Bridgeport and Mono village North and South Robinson Creek are probably the best. Very small spaces, nicely maintained restrooms, water available ,easy drive into town or to Twin Lakes. Unfortunately no trails out of this campground. - Susan DeFrench
