Robin Hill RV Campground Reviews
I just deliver food there and this would be a place I would use for a campground. Everyone in the office are truly very nice
Jun 05, 2025 · Tracy RothermelMY COTTAGE WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY ! The toilets had old urine on the bottom and when I told the assistant manager Carissa, she called me a liar even though her own maintenance guy had looked at it! She said I am a liar and I have no proof. She hung up and I tired calling again and she keeps sending me to voice mail. We paid over $200 a night for a cottage full of strangers urine !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE . Bathroom floors are all full of air vinyl is a bubble you will trip . Carissa is horrible service provider .We have been going there since 2017 and she told me to prove it by telling g her all the names we’ve used for reservations she needs to be fired
Sep 30, 2024 · Joselin FloresWe spent a week in their deluxe cottage # 4. The value for the price was not there. We were told an air conditioned cottage, and it was, sort of. The main room which is 10x10 has a mini split in it and stays pretty cool until the temp hit 95 outside which it did the latter part of our week. The bed rooms have no air in them. The larger bedroom with bunks has a ceiling fan, the other space nas nothing. So you sleep HOT! For $1500 a week to "glamp", I didn't expect to sweat all night long. From the moment we got there, we were overrun with ants, yes I know we were camping, however we have rented many cabins and never had that problem before. We were finding them in the beds and on the futon, I think they need to spray the cabin/cottages. I saw they have pest control rodent housing on the outside of the building they just need to treat for bugs also.We had two toddlers with us, and when looking over their website we were led to believe that there were going to be activities running to participate in. Arts and crafts, ceramics ect... When we arived on a Sunday and looked through the list of things happening for the week.. There were NONE! Nothing until Saturday! Also The Store was closed at 2, and closed Monday, so if you needed anything or anyone you were out of luck! Usually there is a place to buy a cup of coffee, a snack shop.. There was Nothing!!They do have a pool, and it does have a walk in area that is nice for the littles. The cute mushroom feature is nice for them also. But if you get close you can see that the entire pool needs to be painted in a bad way, including the mushroom. There are big pieces of tile missing from around the top of the pool at the water level. It has the look of a place that was really nice "back in the day"..We rented a Golf Cart from a company that claims to be a different company but appears to running their business from inside the campground on one of the sites. In all fairness the golf cart did bring us enterainment and Robin 'Hill" is a good name, it came in handy, and I have no complaints about the quality of the cart.Office staff was unfriendly and unremarkable. They could make the stay there so much better if they tried but they didn't.Here is why they get 2 stars in stead of 1. The Duck Pond is enjoyable to watch. We were right across from it and we watched the ducks and geese walk back and forth. They are cute, the kiddos enjoyed it. Also the catch and release fishing was nice for the littles. They didnt catch anything to release but that's ok.The woman who ran the (1) one activity that was available was sweet! Her name was Millie, I beleive, if I had to guess she has a permanant site. She seems to enjoy the kids and was super helpful to the littles and interactive. By the time she got to see them they were on day 7 and had not really gotten to interact with anyone so they were pretty excited for a friendly face.Would I go here again? No! Would I reccomend this campground to a family with kids? No, I would not. Take it for what it is.. My review of Robin Hill Campground 2024
Aug 05, 2024 · Laurie RydenRobin Hill is an absolute disaster! The management is horrific due to being run by another manager from another campground! You can NOT run 2 campgrounds at 1 time! The maintenance staff is horrendous! They are lazy. Told by staff they are not allowed to cut trees or branches, it has to be done by a professional! However, if it is a site that belongs or belonged to an employee, they are entitled to do so! They use company equipment to move the their decks to and from different sites, they are allowed to park however many vehicles in a empty spot when other campers are told that's a "no no" The cleaning lady is not a cleaning lady! The showers and bathhouses are full of mold, toilets not cleaned full of feces.I can only imagine what the cabins look like! These employees should be outside employees, NOT family members or members of the other "sister" campground! Way OVERPRICED! There is no justification for prices! Employees also work on their personal vehicles in the garage with campground equipment! I highly recommend going elsewhere! They do not want to hear any complaining either! Unless it is their campsites, they dont want to fix any issues! There have been huge potholes in the one entrance for years! The employees also smoke right outside the office, which is very unprofessional! It's so unfortunate! This campground has so much potential! I do have a ton of pictures!Let me NOT forget to tell you that they put new electrical pedestals in that are 30/50 amp pedestals! This was a great upgrade it needed to be done! Thwy only did some of the campground! Thwy also put new waterline in! What a joke! The new waterline are just laying behind the sites with huge tree trunks lying in front of them so nobody runs over them! Lazy and cheap looks cheap and scrappy! The reasoning was that the ground is too hard to put them underground! The employees are lazy and unprofessional!
Mar 29, 2024 · Anonymous AnonymousRobin hills campground was at a good location. The area was quiet and they had different activities throughout the day. The first night, we arrived on a Friday the bathroom looked really clean! Unfortunately as Saturday came it became disgusting. The bathroom was right next to the pool and everyone was using them. There was ripped up toilet paper on the ground, overflowing garbage, the floor was muddy and it was smelly. The shower had hairballs and was dirty. By Sunday we left and the bathroom was even worse.
