RV Sites: Robie's RV Park caters primarily to recreational vehicles, offering sites designed for various sizes of RVs. Reviewers note that sites can be "PACKED in," suggesting a compact layout.
Tent Camping: Despite its name, Robie's RV Park also accommodates tent campers. One reviewer specifically mentioned tenting there for one night and recommending it, indicating that basic tent sites are available, likely with access to shared facilities.
Seasonal Camping: A significant portion of Robie's RV Park is dedicated to seasonal campers. This allows individuals and families to secure a site for the entire camping season, fostering a strong community atmosphere and a consistent home-away-from-home feel.
Clean Facilities: Customer reviews consistently highlight that the "Park is clean," indicating that management maintains the grounds and shared amenities to a good standard.
Restrooms and Showers: While not explicitly detailed in provided reviews, a clean RV park typically offers facilities with flush toilets and hot showers for the convenience of its campers, both RV and tent.

Water Access for Kayaks (Fee Applies): The availability of a designated spot to launch kayaks, even with a small fee, is a valuable feature for paddlers eager to explore the surrounding waterways.
Given Robie's RV Park's primary focus on seasonal campers, typical short-term promotions like nightly discounts or "buy-one-get-one" offers are less common. The value proposition for seasonal sites usually comes from the extended stay at a fixed rate for the entire camping season.
However, New Hampshire locals interested in Robie's RV Park should inquire about potential ways to maximize their value, which might include:
Seasonal Rate Packages: The most significant "offer" is the seasonal rate itself. Prospective campers should inquire about what is included in the seasonal fee (e.g., specific hookups, visitor policies, winter storage options). These rates are designed to be cost-effective for long-term use.
Early Booking Incentives: For seasonal sites, sometimes there are benefits to renewing early for the next season, such as priority site selection or early-bird payment discounts.
Multi-Week Discounts: While seasonal is the main focus, for transient campers, it's always worth asking if there are any reduced rates for stays of multiple consecutive weeks during the peak or shoulder seasons.
Referral Programs: Some campgrounds might offer a small incentive to existing seasonal campers who refer new seasonal occupants.

Robies RV Park Reviews
Mostly seasonal campers and PACKED in. Park is clean, owner very nice, location very nice. We brought our Kayak but was told there was a $5 fer to put in which was real turnoff. We had to park right in front of the owners house which made it feel like we could have parked on our front lawn for same effect.
