May 29, 2025 · Jay YoderIt was our 1st time staying here, but we will definitely be back! We were able to check in a few hours early and set up before it became fall on the weekend of 5/30 lol. It got INSANELY cold real feel Saturday night was 33 degrees. We were right across from the restrooms and showers which were pretty well kept and the showers had fantastic pressure and plenty of hot water. Everyone was super kind and friendly as well. My ONLY real complaint was that they don't offer any kind of military or veterans discount. That's a minor complaint, nothing that would keep us from returning to the Ridge Campground.
Jun 02, 2025 · Melissa MerwinFYI if you need to fill up on water do so at the fresh water pump right before the dump station. Most pumps throughout the park do not have threads for a hose. Camp ground was beautiful and very clean. Playground was nice and our kiddos(6 & 3) loved it. Some spots are definitely better than others but overall very nice.
Sep 24, 2024 · Courtney LynnNice and not so nice sites. Bathrooms need updating. Very well patrolled by Rangers. Roads are updated and great for smaller wheels like skating. Short drive to tubing and such rental downstream.
Aug 29, 2024 · Robert SanfilippoBeautiful place. Site 186 is in the back of the campground and provides nice privacy. The neighboring sites are reasonably spaced and the extra parking area is close if you're bringing multiple vehicles. There is no prepared tent pad but the space is flat and spacious. Restrooms are also nearby and clean. Firewood was reasonably priced and well stocked. Our stay was cut short by some very heavy rain. Site 186 will flood with 3+ inches of water near the picnic table and fire pit. But other than that, it is a very nice place to stay.
