Whether you're a seasoned camper, a family looking for a cabin retreat, or a casual sightseer, Resica Falls offers something unique. Its blend of accessible natural wonders and well-maintained facilities makes it a valuable asset for Pennsylvania locals. The reservation's setting on "Resica Falls Rd" suggests a dedicated road leading directly to the property, which aids in accessibility. While the specific nature of the road (paved, gravel, etc.) isn't detailed, the clear address indicates straightforward navigation for visitors. Being in East Stroudsburg, the reservation benefits from proximity to local amenities such as gas stations, convenience stores, and emergency services, which can be reassuring for visitors exploring the area.

This geographical placement significantly enhances the appeal for outdoor enthusiasts. It allows easy access to the famous falls themselves, which are the centerpiece of the reservation. While one reviewer mentioned that the "place is very small and not much to do gets repetitive after an hour of watching," this comment specifically refers to the waterfall viewing area, not necessarily the entire expansive reservation which caters to camping and scouting activities. Nevertheless, it's an important point for those considering a visit solely for the falls viewing, suggesting it's more of a beautiful stop than a full-day attraction on its own for casual visitors. However, for campers or those utilizing the cabins, the natural surroundings offer endless opportunities for relaxation and exploration beyond just the falls themselves.

Resica Falls Scout Reservation Reviews
Absolutely stunning. The falls have a beautiful viewing area that is extremely clean. The staff is nice, and the campsites are clean. They have a number of clean cabins, and during our trip to Resica, I was amazed at how clean they were compared to other cabins. It was fairly easy to set up camp in tents, as the staff have built wooden tent bases around the camping areas, as well as easy access to firewood. The bathrooms outside the cabin are mildly dirty, but the campsite was an overall positive experience.
Feb 25, 2024 · Northeastern railfan ProductionsThe big best thing that stuck out to me about the place was the beauty and peaceful Resica Falls has to offer. Giving’s a beautiful water fall scene eat whole also having 2 small lunch tables. Place is very small and not much to do gets repetitive after an hour of watching. Great small place to stop and see if your driving by, but not much to do. Free of charge !!
Sep 06, 2021 · DloMediaBeautiful place. All the fencing that was put up somewhat recently is disappointing and takes away from the view, but it's understandable why it's there. It took me 5 years to discover there's hiking trails. I'll be going more often
Oct 22, 2023 · Theresa FSmall quaint area where you can sit by the Falls and relax. You can't do any hiking there since it's private property, but it's worth a look if you're in the area.
Nov 28, 2020 · Brian RoyNot much to see. No trail. You park the car, walk over a short bridge to see the falls. Seems like it is not being maintained at all. It is a 5 minutes attraction.
