Red Hill Lake Campground - Sabine National Forest Reviews
Many camp grounds to use, some powered some not. Toilets and outdoor showers to use. Fireflies came out at night. Fire pits and grills. Day use area. Lake is nice to swim and kayak in. Supposed to pay for camping but it's not manned, so it's free
Jun 22, 2025 · Sionainne CostelloReally nice place. Peaceful and shadded camp spots with lake view. Power and sewer dump station. No indoor showers but has outdoor showers not heated. Swimming area where nice family were having fun. Camp Host was awesome and informative. My starlink actually worked with a small clear area. It cut out sometimes during storm but can't complain. I hope to spend more time here.
May 03, 2025 · Stacy MissGood for day picnics. Still damaged from previous hurricane. No running water. A few campsites with hookups.
Jun 22, 2025 · Darlene BlevinsAwesome, pristine little valley nestled in the low rolling hills of East Texas. It was super still and very quiet. The restrooms are old chemical based (primative). This campground only had cold water outdoor showers. I was motorcycle camping, so I was able to get electricity and a water hookup for $10 a night. I will be back!
Oct 11, 2024 · Robert HayesSo-So. I guess without a gate anyone can just sleep there...even drunk guys parked across the road. The door to the men's restroom at the non-electric loop would not shut.Nice views, though. Definitely will not be going back.
