Pretty disappointed. It was our maiden voyage with the new RV. The rv site was extremely overgrown. It was very difficult to get the rv backed in. The slip was not level and completely muddy. poison ivy was at the back of the RV, grass over grown to the point we had wood ticks, and had steel wheels as "fire pits". We were able to look past that stuff and got settled. Woke up Saturday to and had plans to pet the animals and rent a golf cart or side by side as listed available on their website, only to be told that it is a different company about 3 exits up, but they need notice and probably wouldn't be able to get us an atv that fast, and that the animals weren't there anymore. A lot of fast atv/dirt bike/golf car traffic. if you are looking for quiet, relaxing and a few activities, this may not be the place for you. We will most certainly not be coming back. It does look like a nice spot for the seasonal slips, and the employees were very nice, that's why 3 stars. - Joseph Hansen
