Point South / I-95 / Yemassee KOA Holiday Reviews
This KOA campground is one of the nicest, cleanest, and most well run spots I've had the pleasure to stay at. While it's often a pit stop for travelers on their way to other places, we've stayed a full week while visiting family in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, Southern charm at its finest. The sites are level and we'll equipped. The pool and facilities are clean and comfortable. They'll even deliver pizza to your site and charge your account so you don't have to walk around with cash. The wine and beer come from local businesses, and the camp store is well stocked. I'd give this spot more stars if I could.
Jul 03, 2025 · Kristine FurlongWhat a wonderful campground. Beyond well maintained. Bathrooms are spotless and pool area is nice. We have stayed many times overnight and it is always the same. The pizza/coffee shop is another plus. The staff is the very first best. We had a flat on our trailer and they were so kind and helpful. The delicious lattes are the icing on the cake! Thank you South Point..see you next year!
Jun 24, 2025 · Diana RolfesWe enjoyed our stay in the unique trolley! It was the perfect location for our dog- at the end of the campground and next to the dog park and beautiful wooded trails. The trolley was very accommodating with a large TV and comfortable bed, would have been nice to have a mini fridge. The campground facilities were very clean and they offered a lot of amenities with a cute store, pool, playground and lawn games. Would definitely stay again!
Jun 29, 2025 · Denise MCamped here overnight while traveling the I95 corridor. Easy access off I95, bit set back, so you don't hear all the road noise. Pull thru site was very convenient, campgrounds were very clean, they pick up the trash for you, and the staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely stay here again!
Jun 22, 2025 · Faith WalshWe stopped here for a night on our way back to Florida. We specifically came to this location for the Paw Pad RV site, so we could let our dogs play a bit. The Staff here is so friendly. We had a late check in and still felt taken care of. The dogs had a nice evening and I got to wake up to Breakfast Pizza and a coffee! That Breakfast is so good!
