This was the best experience glamping. The accommodations were extremely clean and very comfortable. We were right on the lake saw a couple of alligators also went fishing. We also went riding on four wheelers which was a great experience. It was my daughter's first time and she loved it. We also rented with our cabin a Jacuzzi which was so nice to go in after a hot day and just relax.. I definitely want to say that the gentleman in the office were amazing and extremely accommodating and helpful. We want to try going there in the winter time when it's a little cooler and have some more amazing fun. I would definitely recommend

This place is new and great!!! Beautiful campground, wonderful friendly staff. They have live music in a lovely and fun outdoor rec area with the outdoor movie area and Gaga ball. Hay ride and even community BBQ that they deliver straight to your site.Community is quiet and peaceful. With a huge farmers market, flea markets, authentic Mexican food, beautiful peace River and I haven't even the ATV trails. Many small towns at a hop and skip distance with museums and other things. fThey update you about wonderful campground activities as well.

We arrived late and didn't want to make any noise, we found our spot that was clearly marked all concrete level. We opened up the slides . When I realized the power cord plug didn't match the outlet it was a very hot night . At 8 am I went to the office and spoke with Jon who tried to locate a plug that would match . He told me where I could go to get one , he was very helpful . It was my cord that was different not the power box . Two hours later l found the correct plug we began an awesome stay . This place is great at the office we met Daniel who was the best he set us up for the canoe rental . The river was lots of fun ,there's a slow current so we didn't have to paddle much . They picked us up at the take out spot and drove us back . We also rented an ATV and a side by side since we had a 5yr old who loved it and just wanted to go faster Daniel handled the rental it was a real pleasure dealing with him. My little one loved the play area and the movie night . So relaxing we will definitely be going back.

We recently rented 2 glamping tents (#7 & 8) at Peace River Oaks and had an awesome time. The grounds are well laid out and access to everything was close and easy to get to. We traveled with a one and three year old and they especially loved the natural playground.Our 3 year old also really enjoyed Popsicles in the evening from the camp store. The glamping tents were very clean (bathrooms too) and had everything we needed. We fished at the edge of the river behind our tents and caught Gar & catfish and loved watching all the cows gather along the bank in the evening. The hot tub was a big hit and well worth the extra fee (we turned the heat way down and used it like more of a pool). Canoeing was awesome with so much to see and we really appreciated having Dan drive us back to the campground instead of having to paddle back. Overall, it was an amazing family trip and I would highly recommend it to folks of all ages. The only drawback was the water in the tent, which tasted really salty. I'm assuming it's well water so not much can be done about the taste. My suggestion is to bring plenty of bottled water for your trip.

This was such an incredible experience! All the fun of camping but the conveniences of hotel life. The tents and bathrooms were nicer than many hotels! The great amenities made packing simple and easy, meaning less stress and more relaxation. It was also nice to have AC breaks whenever needed - especially in Florida. The space is beautiful and plenty to explore and do for toddlers and elementary age kids (who we have in our crew). I cannot recommend this enough!
